Returns

Non Faulty Goods

We understand that you can never be completely sure of a purchase until you have actually got it in your hand.    Because of this we expect some customers to want to send items back for a refund or exchange.
 
Any item bought from our website can be returned within 31 days of receipt.  It must be in  new condition with all original labels and tags still attached.  
 
To process your return we need a covering letter that contains the following information.  Your name and address. A description of the article you are returning including size and colour, and a reason for the return.  Finally let us know whether you want a replacement, alternate product or a refund.  If you’re not sure then ring us on 01239 621275 for some friendly help and advice.  Then put it in the parcel and send it back to us.  Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so it’s best to use a secure postal method such as "Signed For" or "Special Delivery",  It costs more but could prove a money saver in the end.
 
Upon receipt we will process the return in accordance with your choice.  In the case of an exchange it obviously depends if the alternate item you have chosen is in stock. If not we will call you to offer either a second choice or refund.  If you have requested a refund this will be processed as soon as the item has been checked.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Any item that is faulty or arrives damaged can of course be returned to us.  To process your return we need a covering letter that contains the following information.  Your name and address.  A description of the article you are returning including size and colour,and a reason for the return.  Finally let us know whether you want a replacement, alternate product or a refund.  Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us,so it is best to use a secure postal method.
 
If an item is being returned as having arrived damaged or with a fault, you must inform us of the problem within 5 working days. 
Any goods found to be faulty in the first year after purchase can be sent back for assessment, but fair wear and tear will be taken onto account when assessing a product.  Our normal policy on returns is where possible to repair a product, then replace it and finally to offer a refund.
